How do your sizes run?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get you sorted.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in fulfillment. Reach out ASAP via our Contact page.

Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also check your order status using the link in your confirmation email.

Discounts

I have a discount code — how do I use it?
Enter your code at checkout in the "Discount code" field. Only one code can be applied per order. New customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off their first order.
